Welcome to SD DESIGN STUDIOS

At SDDS, we believe that the built environment is more than a four walled enclosure that we reside in for protection from the elements or a style statement made of brick and mortar. So we strive to design meaningful spaces that would allow its occupants to feel nurtured rather than only sheltered and 'live' rather than only 'sustain'.

We also believe that every space is unique - hence make our design decisions holistically to create spaces that are unique in its character, style and meaning.

We create unique designs that are simple, coherent and meaningful for your special need and taste.

Design Philosophy:

"Simple Intuitive Spaces.......

The main concept is to design spaces that identify with the user’s needs, be it cultural, financial or emotional.

Though our designs are essentially minimalistic, it is far from austere because we aim at creating spaces that are reflective of the client’s perceptual understanding of space.

During the initial stages of design, we try to envision the client’s dream home or expectations with the intent that the designs are not just a designer’s style statement but an intuitive response to the client’s needs from the new space. We treat every new project as a borrowed ‘dream’ rather than a challenge and aim to turn it into a tangible reality for you."
The group recognizes that we collect, reside, operate, and create on lands belonging to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We honor the sources of inspiration, knowledge, and narratives of the Country, as well as the ancestral and current caretakers of these territories. We show reverence for the histories of elders, both past and present, as well as those yet to come, as we journey together through the stunning Country that is our home.
